Balwyn Private Estate is a high quality residential development located within the idyllic Swan Valley. The Estate has been designed having regard to the agricultural history of the site whilst also retaining and protecting areas of native vegetation, including fauna habitat trees, within parks. The Design Guidelines will assist you in designing your home to ensure it reflects the attributes and aesthetic of the Estate.

To assist you in ensuring the home will comply with the Design Guidelines please download and complete the Application Checklist, and provide the completed checklist when lodging an application for developer approval.
